These terms apply to everyone who uses abroadwalkin.com ("Abroad Walkin"). By using the website you accept them.
1. OUR ROLE
Abroad Walkin is an online job advertising and job posting platform only. We are not a recruitment agency, placement service or employer. Listings are posted by employers and agencies, who are fully responsible for their vacancies, interviews, selection, salaries, visas and any agreement with candidates.
2. FOR JOB SEEKERS
• Applying through Abroad Walkin is free. Never pay anyone to attend an interview or for a "direct visa".
• Check every offer yourself before you act on it, including the agency's recruiting licence on the Government of India eMigrate portal.
• Give true information in your profile and CV.
• We do not guarantee any interview, selection, job or visa.
3. FOR EMPLOYERS AND AGENCIES
• Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to recruit for.
• Follow the Emigration Act, 1983, its rules and all applicable laws. Do not charge job seekers any fee that the law does not allow.
• Do not post misleading salaries, fake job offers or content you do not have the right to use (for example another company's flyer or logo).
• Use candidates' personal data only to recruit for the job they applied to, and keep it secure.
• Every employer account is checked before approval. We may ask for documents such as your recruiting licence.
4. PAID FEATURES
Paid plans and features (such as featured jobs or CV database access) increase visibility only. They do not guarantee applications or hires. Prices are shown before you pay. Fees for features already delivered are not refundable unless required by law.
5. CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You must not use the website to post illegal, false, abusive or harmful content, to spam users, to copy data in bulk, or to harm the website's security. We may edit or remove any listing and suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, without notice.
6. REPORTS
If you see a fake or suspicious listing, report it on our Job safety page. We review every report.
7. LIABILITY
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Abroad Walkin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from listings, from dealings between job seekers and employers or agencies, or from the website being unavailable.
8. CHANGES AND LAW
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
