Refund Policy – Abroad Walkin

Abroad Walkin provides online job advertising and job posting services only. We do not offer recruitment, placement, hiring, or employment services.
Nature of Service
Once a job advertisement is successfully published on the website, the service is considered delivered and completed.
Non-Refundable Services
- All job advertisement posting fees are non-refundable
- No refund based on number of applications or responses received
- No refund based on hiring outcome or candidate selection
- No refund for early removal or expiry of job advertisements
- No refund due to employer or candidate disputes
Limited Refund Exception
Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven technical failure where a paid job advertisement was not published due to an error solely caused by the platform.
Any such refund request will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Abroad Walkin. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.
Candidate Payments
Abroad Walkin does not collect recruitment or placement fees from candidates. Any payments made by candidates are not associated with this platform and are strictly between the candidate and the employer or advertiser.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination. Employers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any dispute.
Policy Updates
Abroad Walkin reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
